All new Apple Mac's are ready to use as soon as you switch them on as they come with preinstalled software applications such as iLife and you can also connect to the internet via the inbuilt wireless network card. Mac’s "just work" as the software applications are developed by the same people who create the operating system and the computer itself - something that does not happen with PC’s. In the unlikely event of you experiencing a problem one phone call will give you all the answers you need.

-
Run Mac OS X and Windows Simultaneously
Any Mac purchased form the apple store is powered by the latest Intel processors. This is excellent as it means not only are you using the most cutting edge technology you can also run multiple operating systems. Parallels Desktop 3.0 for Mac is the best virtualization solution for running Windows natively on your Mac! - Mac's come ready to go with the latest industry standard technologies
such as USB 2.0, FireWire, Ethernet and Bluetooth. This means it is simple to connect any of your electronic gadgets such as ipods and digital camera's. - No Viruses!
That's right - you'll never need to worry about trojans, worms and the other nasty virus's out there anymore! The only virus protection you need is actually built into the Mac operating system software which doesn't allow programmes (malicious or otherwise) to make alterations to your computer or operating system without your approval (by entering your password).

Macbook Air Review
Apple’s latest portable computer, the Macbook Air certainly lives up to its name. Weighing in at only 1.34kg, the Air is not only the lightest laptop on the market, but also the thinnest. The Macbook Air’s height whilst closed is a mere 1.64mm, yet with dimensions of 12.74in wide and 8.9in deep, the Air is light, but not too small.
Due to these dimensions, Apple has been able to fit the Air with a large 13.3inch screen, whilst the keyboard is only slightly smaller than that found on a regular computer. The keypad itself is backlit, with an ambient light sensor that controls the level of illumination required. When closing the Air, the machine instantly goes into standby, whilst the laptop locks by the meeting of two magnetic strips as opposed to the usual clip. As with all Apple products the exterior design is impressive, and so is the inside.

Loosen that collar and tie Mr, the Mac book is in town and the dress code is smart casual. The Mac powerbook combines style with substance. I brought the Mac power book with the intention of using it for home video editing, photo storage etc. Since using the power book I have gone on to find there are many other benefits other than from a purely visual perspective. In a day and age when online viruses are rife my Mac has thus far coped easily without the need for antivirus software which in comparison slows down a PC (due to its file size of the antivirus software). The whole visual experience of the Mac is more enjoyable than the PC, although it is only a small factor the OSX interface is impressive and you will come to realise this from the moment you click the first button. It is a testament to this interface that Windows vista has tried so hard to so mimic it with limited success. More people are now using Macs as well. It is no longer seen as primarily a tool for the designer, musician or photographer. With the facility to on the windows operating system as well via parallels the transition is easier than ever before for PC users to make. The Mac refines other elements as well. A testament to the design of the Mac is how well it’s older machines have stood the test of time. They have aged flawlessly and still look good today.
Have you seen the Mac vs Pc adverts? The fact is these adverts don’t lie the mac book is simply more fun to use and see’s itself as a reflection of today’s versatile person; an open collar worker rather than the PC which still has a feel of a traditional worker in suit and tie.
